Item Description
This 4-week kickstart will focus on creating habits that produce change beyond the scale. We will assess each participant on our InBody scale during the prep week and last week of the kickstart. However, body composition will not be the only means of assessment. Points will also be awarded to those who engage in weekly check-ins, watch the videos, and complete the habit tracker each day.
